Position Summary – Press Brake Operator
The Press Brake Operator is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating a CNC press brake machine to bend and form steel components according to specifications. Prior experience is required.
Responsibilities

Operate CNC press brake machines safely and efficiently.

Perform bending and forming operations using standard and custom tooling.

Input and adjust machine settings through the CNC controller.

Set and adjust ram and back gauge positions according to blueprints and process control instructions.

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges.

Create and modify CNC programs as needed.

Maintain tight tolerances and ensure part quality meets specifications.

Record production results using ERP and barcoding systems.

Meet customer quality and delivery requirements.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Experience
-
Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)

Press Brake Operation: 3 years (Preferred)
