Workforce Search Group is a locally owned and operated placement firm that does direct placement of technical personnel staff and management level professionals into client companies.

Our recruiters have a proven track record of doing successful contingency search work for a wide variety of “client” types that need a variety of “employee” types. We are based in Holland Michigan and concentrate on local West Michigan companies, big and small. Being in the contingency business, our clients pay our fee only if we bring the results, meaning they hire someone we find and refer.

We offer retained services as well for finding executive talent. Much of what we do is work on the client’s needs but at times, we proactively represent exceptionally talented candidates to companies until they are placed. We make it a point to find candidates that are not easily found, seeking the very best people. As professional assessors of talent, we are able to make strong matches that go beyond just the duties one performs.

We value our relationships with both candidates and clients, understanding that we are in the people business and that means “handle with care”.
