We’re looking for a hands‑on Craftsman / Wood Machinist to join our small‑batch production team. You’ll mill, sand, and finish premium hardwood components for custom furniture and architectural projects, ensuring every piece meets tight tolerances and our high‑quality standards.

Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM , Friday 7:00 AM- 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate time‑saver machines and planers to mill lumber to specified dimensions
- Perform finish‑sanding and smoothing operations to achieve precise tolerances
- Inspect parts for defects and verify adherence to print specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with routine preventive maintenance on machinery
- Communicate progress and escalate any quality or material issues to the Production Lead
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience as a wood machinist, finish‑sander, or similar role
- Proficient with planers, jointers, sanders, and time‑saver machines
- Strong attention to detail and consistent ability to hit dimensional tolerances
- Self‑motivated, able to manage time and workflow with minimal supervision
- Pride in craftsmanship and commitment to a high‑quality finished product
