We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our team! This role is essential to our production process and involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using MIG and TIG welding techniques. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Set up and adjust MIG/TIG welders for various applications.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions.

Produce quality parts that meet company and customer specifications.

Record daily production and scrap data in the ERP system.

Follow standardized work procedures and meet daily production goals.

Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Report any production or equipment issues to the team lead or supervisor.

Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, stooping, and twisting regularly.

Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and industry standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of MIG/TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.

High school diploma or GED required.

Ability to read and understand welding symbols.

Proficiency with hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.

Basic math and computer skills.

Good eyesight, depth perception, and color differentiation.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude.

Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs regularly (40 lbs occasionally).
