Position Overview:
The Custodial Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering a safe, efficient, and supportive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction and address service needs promptly.
- Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and concerns from both customers and team members.
- Lead, motivate, and support custodial teams to achieve performance goals related to safety, quality, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with company quality programs, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team on hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to support efficient operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in custodial, facilities, or service operations.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with a focus on accountability and employee engagement.
- Proficient in software applications for scheduling, reporting, and task management.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
