Position Overview:

The Custodial Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering a safe, efficient, and supportive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and conduct regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction and address service needs promptly.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and concerns from both customers and team members.
  • Lead, motivate, and support custodial teams to achieve performance goals related to safety, quality, and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality programs, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team on hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to support efficient operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in custodial, facilities, or service operations.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills with a focus on accountability and employee engagement.
  • Proficient in software applications for scheduling, reporting, and task management.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
